Privacy, inplain language.

This page explains what clayluttrell.com currently collects, what may change when site services are connected, and the choices available to visitors.

The short version: the site is currently static, the visible forms are disabled, and nothing typed into them is sent or stored.

The current site

How information is handled.

Information you provide

The site displays newsletter and coaching-interest fields, but their transport is not configured. All visible fields and submit buttons are disabled. Information entered there is not transmitted or stored by Clay Luttrell.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process ordinary request data—such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps—to deliver and secure the site. That processing is governed by the provider’s terms and retention practices.

Cookies and analytics

This static version does not intentionally set marketing cookies or run behavioral analytics. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated first.

How data would be used

If forms are connected later, submitted information may be used to answer inquiries, assess coaching fit, deliver requested updates, prevent duplicate submissions, and understand which page led to the request.

Sharing and selling

Personal information is not sold. Once services are connected, limited information may be processed by providers needed to host the site, deliver messages, operate email, or maintain business records.

Retention and security

No online form records are currently created. Future records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, legal obligations, and legitimate business records, using access controls appropriate to the service.

Your choices

After email delivery is enabled, every marketing message should include an unsubscribe option. Visitors may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and required records.

Children’s privacy

The site and Clay’s business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Clay does not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.

Changes and questions

A policy that changes with the site.

01When will this policy change?

It will be updated when forms, analytics, email delivery, advertising, or other data-processing services are enabled. The date at the top will change with the policy.

02What rights apply to me?

Privacy rights vary by location. Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information.

03How can I ask a privacy question?

A direct privacy contact method will be published before online collection is enabled. Until then, the site does not provide an active submission channel.
